Habitat for Humanity of Schenctady Flood releif e-waste recycling fundraiser This Saturday, May 19th, from 10 am to 2 pm at the Woestina Elementary School in Rotterdam Junction at 1292 Main Street. Electronics Recycling and Scrapping Inc. (ERSI Recycling) responsibly recycles electronics such as Computers/Laptops (hard drives shredded for $6, CRT monitors & televisions, and most other electronics, etc. These items will be accepted at a rate of 35 cents per pound. Air conditioners will be $20 each. Electronics contain heavy metals and lead dust that seep into the Earth’s soil over time causing water and health hazards.

Cash or checks made out to Habitat for Humanity of Schenectady will be accepted as payment for this event. No light bulbs such as fluorescent or CFL's or Batteries will be recycled at this event. Leave any glass parts from home electronics at home, no floppy or CD rom discs please. ERSI visit www.ersiRecycling.com
