Melissa Ivey, former front woman for 1990‘s Bay Area punk band Manic Notion, will be debuting the long awaited follow up to her internationally recognized 2006 indie release "Lovers and Stars".

"Speed of Life" is her third studio recording and promises more of the Gypsy Rocker's signature sound... “If Joan Jett and Pat Benatar jumped into a time machine and hooked up with Janis Joplin to take an experimental musical trip, they would sound something like Melissa Ivey circa 2012."
