CURTAIN UP ON “GYPSY”

Frequently referred to as “The greatest American musical,” Gypsy is now on stage at the Canyon Theatre Guild. This Tony-winning Broadway musical features such musical classics as “Small World, Isn’t It?” “Everything’s Coming Up Roses,” “Some People,” and “Let Me Entertain You.” The show is not recommended for children but musical theatre lovers will love Gypsy. Performances begin January 27, 2012 and continue Friday and Saturday evenings at 8 PM through February 26. There are Sunday matinees on February 5, 12, and 26. Tickets are $15 for Juniors and Seniors and $17 for Adults. The Canyon Theatre Guild Playhouse is located at 24242 Main Street in Old Town Newhall.
