Guns, Sweat & Gears: Anatomy of A Battleship March 6, 2011

Relive the past with enormous gun devices, tools and personal mementos from Norfolk's own Battleship Wisconsin. This exhibit includes a 2,400 pound military analog computer, a 12-foot long optical range finder, WWII racks (bunks), galley equipment, shell sleds and cradles for moving the Wisconsin's 16 inch gun ammunition, a 48-star U.S. flag, and dozens of never-before-seen archival images.
