Gundlach Bundschu Wine Tasting at The Blind Monk October 14, 2010

Dine Magazine is hosting a wine tasting event at The Blind Monk with Jeff Bundschu from Gundlach Bundschu Winery. The Blind Monk — a hip wine and tapas bar that recently opened on the ground floor of the Whitney — brings together a sophisticated clientele & an extensive wine selection (offering over 80 wines by the glass and over 300 bottles) in a cozy environment.

For this event, guests will taste through a selection of wines from Gun Bun’s portfolio (Gewurztraminer, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cuvee, and Cabernet) and enjoy light hors d’oeuvres — cheese, crackers and fresh fruit are what you should expect.

Gundlach Bundschu is the oldest family-owned winery in California. They specialize in making distinctive estate-grown wines and sharing the wines and their property in a warm, fun, unpretentious manner.
