Guest Chef Night is back, and Savant’s newest victim is Ian Grossman from Sel De La Terre and L’Espalier. He’ll be given his own night to cook whatever he sees fit. Come and taste his spectacular food–handpicked, well prepared and all around badass.
The menu (subject to change) is as follows:
First Course: Asparagus Salad with Pancetta, Pine nuts, Capers and Roasted shallot vinaigrette
Second Course: Chantenay Carrot Gnocchi with English peas and Chive beurre blanc
Third Course: Roasted Duck Breast with Strawberry Rhubarb gastrique and Rostii potatos with Duck confit
Fourth Course: Tarte Tatin
A vegetarian option will be available, please ask in advance!
Tickets will be $35, which includes all food and wine!
