The dream of Anthony Guerra was to expand his 600 acre working cattle ranch “Pepper Tree Ranch” on the edge of Hollister into a wine/vineyard. His family is now in the process of making his dream a reality with over twenty acres of vineyards bordered by several acres of olive groves for oil.
