Group Motion Friday Night Workshop February 27, 2009

Come and dance with Philadelphia's longest-running improvisational dance workshop with live music led by Manfred Fischbeck and Brigitta Herrmann. The Group Motion Workshop offers guided structures of improvisation, which incorporate the principles of Yoga, contact dance, conscious breathing and voice. No previous dance experience is required.
