Gretchen Ney Laugier Retrospective Exhibition March 1, 2008

An exhibition of paintings by Gretchen Ney Laugier will be on view at Riverrun Gallery. Taking cues from her father, the modernist painter of the abstract, Lloyd "Bill" Raymond Ney, Gretchen Ney Laugier has avoided the pressures associated with being an occupational artist by simply choosing to not make it her profession. Removing the creative constraints has allowed her work to better evolve, and has helped generate more zest for exploring a range of artistic themes.
