Organized by the Genesee Valley Citizens for Peace. Here are the details according to the email I received:

Gather on Friday, September 22nd, at Rochester’s Washington Square Park at 4:30 PM. [Washington Square Park is on Clinton Avenue near Court St.] We’ll have a short rally at the park, and then move towards the Rochester Convention Center at about 5:00 PM. We have a short—but, hopefully, spirited—rally at the Convention Center, and then head home. [Rochester Convention Center is located at 123 East Main Street, near South Avenue. It’s a short walk from the park to the Convention Center.]

To my knowledge, no one is planning civil disobedience, but we are planning to make some noise.
