Greenpeace LA Cinco de Mayo Meeting May 5, 2010

We've just wrapped up our April photo petition drive to collect HUNDREDS of photos from around the state of Californians asking Sen. Barbara Boxer to lead on making chemical plants safer around the US!

Please join us for our first meeting in May to enjoy the following:

1. A recap and slide show to celebrate the success of our photo contest! Find out just HOW MANY HUNDREDS of photos we successfully collected, and check out some of fun and creative pics folks sent in from across California!

2. Briefing of upcoming work on our chemical security campaign! In May, we'll be working on an opinion media drive, building our local coalition of support for the campaign, and planning local lobbying efforts!

3. Enjoy tasty Cinco de Mayo snacks, and hang out with the Greenpeace LA community after the meeting as we venture out into the neighborhood to celebrate the holiday together :)
