Green for All Seasons: Growing Microgreens Indoors at The Morton Arboretum October 22, 2011

Eat healthy during the winter months! “Green for All Seasons: Growing Microgreens Indoors” teaches you how to grow your own microgreens and salad greens all winter with a very simple grow light system. Participants learn to setup the grow system, plant the seeds, grow and harvest, setup a soil recycling system and taste a variety of microgreens. Costs $30 (discounts for Arboretum members).
