May 1 - 30, 2010 – Femina Potens invites you to reflect on the allegory of the feminine. This May we examine how story-telling has shaped the women in today’s society.  We invite you to enjoy the paintings of artist Erika Meriaux as we presents her one woman show, 'Greek Myths'. Meriaux’s current body of work is a contemporary reinterpretation of Greek myths where each majestic figurative oil paintings examines women's historical role in mythology. Join us at the gallery on Saturday, May 1st at 7pm for an exciting opening reception full of wine, women and art.
