Greek Food and Wine Pairing September 24, 2009

Join Blue Executive Chef Gene Briggs and Wine Director, Scott Daniel, for our popular food and wine pairings. Back by popular demand, Chef Gene has put together five Mediterranean dishes all inspired and paired with different Greek wines. The event begins at 6:30pm with limited space available. Advance reservations are required. (704.927.2583). The tasting structure allows for a more casual “tasting” style food and wine pairing rather than a formal sit down wine dinner.
