Greatham Parish Council meeting December 1, 2008

Greatham Parish Council meets monthly on the first Monday of every month at 7.30pm, except where that day falls on a bank holiday (in which case the meeting will be delayed by one week). All parish councillors are required to attend these meetings. The meetings are chaired by the Parish Council Chairman.

All Parish Council meetings must be held in public in the Village Hall, either in the committee room, or in the main hall, depending on whether there are likely to be many members of the public attending. Members of the public are invited to attend all Parish Council meetings. Indeed, there is always a Public Question Time at the start of each meeting, where members of the public are free to question parish councillors.
