Description:
This one day event will give an overview of the latest archaeology projects taking place within the region.
It features contributions from The University of Salford’s Centre for Applied Archaeology, (CfAA) which includes an update on the Dig Greater Manchester project, a book launch by Centre director Dr Michael Nevell and excavations at Worsley new Hall.
The day promises to be highly interesting for all local history and archaeology enthusiasts.
Admission is £10 on the day or places can be pre-booked by sending a cheque to arrive before 19 November.
