Celebrity Chef Maria Liberati will be a featured speaker at The Mid-Atlantic’s Premiere Culinary Weekend; this yearly event will be held in Baltimore, Maryland at the Tremont Grand Hotel, on February 23rd. Ms. Liberati will be giving a cooking demonstration from 4:30 to 5:30 pm at The Basic Art of Italian Cooking booth and will be partaking in a book signing at the Barnes and Noble booth earlier in the afternoon from 1-2 pm.

Ms. Liberati’s presentation will included cooking demonstrations from her bestselling cookbook The Basic Art of Italian Cooking, she will offer tips and techniques for perfecting her recipes. She will also debut her new line of specialty spices called Sapori D’ Italia that she has been developing in her Italian villa.
