Due to new anti-smoking laws in Pittsburgh, bar patrons who wish to smoke while attending festivities around St. Patrick's Day this year will be forced outside for the first time. But in honor of the rebellious Irish spirit, the Leaf and Bean Cigar Bar and Coffeehouse in the Strip is sponsoring the Great Irish Smoke-In on Thursday, March 12 at 6 p.m. Music and laughs will be provided by Frank Stricklen, the "Weird Al of Irish Music." Frank will bring his mix of traditional Irish tunes, parodies, ballads, covers and original tunes. Prepare to smoke (inside!), drink, laugh, sing along and tap your feet and clap your hands to some Irish music and whatever else you may request. Don't let anyone spoil your celebration by telling you where and when to smoke! If you got 'em, smoke 'em!
