Grand Street Community Band Holiday Concert December 12, 2009

The Grand Street Community Band would like to invite you to join us for our 2009 Holiday Concert. We'll be performing several traditional compositions and holiday pieces including works by Alfred Reed, Adam Gorb and Dmitri Shostakovich. There will also be a special guest performance by The Eclectic Dan Big Band from Long Island.

The performance will be held at the Grand Street Campus High School Auditorium at 850 Grand Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn on Saturday, December 12th at 3pm. Take the L train to Grand Street. Free/$10 suggested donation.

The Grand Street Community Band is an all-volunteer ensemble made up of individuals from all professions and walks of life. The GSCB strives to perform quality literature at the highest level possible in order to provide our members and audiences with an opportunity to have an aesthetic experience. We aspire to bring the enjoyment of concert band music to the community.
