Grand Sreet Fall Festival & Firefighter Chili Cook-off! November 5, 2011

The Whitewright Area Chamber of Commerce puts on the Grand Street Fall Festival each year in Historic Downtown Whitewright and we welcome you to join us this November 5th from 9-4 for our 9th annual Grand Street Fall Festival!

We are glad to offer Free Admission - Parking & Fun!!!
Join us for the Firefighters Chili Cook-off with proceeds benefiting participating volunteer fire departments from Grayson, Collin, Fannin & Cooke Counties. You are welcome to enter a team and present the world with your exceptional chili. You may also sponsor one of the volunteer fire departments, and for only $5 you may sample all of the chilis or just drop by and say hello. There will be raffles and a silent auction as well.
Live Entertainment of all kinds will be up on the main stage all day, as well as a wonderful Classic Car Show & Motorcyle Show.
Kids’ fun will be all around with lots for them to see and do including Train Rides, Pony Rides, 25 foot Rock Climbing Wall, Bungee Trampoline, Giant Slide, Obstacle Course, Face Painting & more!

Over 100 Vendors including Art, Crafts, Honey and a whole lot more, will be available to get your Christmas shopping started and many of the downtown merchants will be open offering great things as well.

Food vendors of all kinds will be on hand serving up some of the best Festival Food you will find anywhere as well as 2 local Wineries doing Tastings and bottel sales. Come join us, we look forward to seeing you.
