GRAND RE-OPENING OF THE CHEMICAL CORPS REGIMENTAL ROOM
Take a step back in time to the 1920's with the Grand Re-Opening of the Chemical Corps Regimental Room. Ribbon Cutting Ceremony officially re-opening the newly renovated Chemical Corps Regimental Room at 5pm., June 23, at the John B. Mahafee Museum Complex.
The room itself is an exhibit - every detail from the conference tables and chairs, lamps, crown molding, ceiling tiles were selected to immerse the visitor in history.
The room is part of the US Army Chemical Corps Museum at the John B. Mahafee Museum Complex and also provides a location for graduation, promotion, re-enlistment, & retirement ceremonies, in addition to its daily use as a museum exhibit.
The museum is free & open to the general public Monday thru Friday, 8am - 4pm, and Saturdays from 10am -4pm. Closed Sundays and holidays.
