Grand Illumination December 1, 2006

The James Center will host the 21st Annual Grand Illumination, the brightest holiday event in downtown Richmond. Help count down as a million lights illuminate the night around 6:25 p.m. This is the kickoff of the holiday downtown. Millions of tiny lights outline the skyline's buildings and 100 whimsical reindeer at the festival that features choirs and the Snow Queen. 6 to 8 p.m. Free admission.
