Still Hip, the funky Clinton Hill children's resale boutique, recently voted Best Used Children's Gear Store in Brooklyn by The New York Daily News, will be hosting it's third annual Grand Halloween Block Party on Sunday, October 31st. The fun starts at 10am with face painting and the day will be full of amazing musical acts, a costume parade and of course there will be candy for everyone. There will be everything from Jazz with vibraphonist Bill Ware, to folk music with Saskia Lane of Grammy Award winning Dan Zanes & Friends, to world beat with Los Mas Valientes children's band The Blue Potatoes, to hip hop and rock with Jah C and the Antidote and DJ SkyBreaks with the main focus always being a family friendly event.
The scheduled music line up includes:

1:00PM TRES LECHES
1:30PM RENE COLLINS
2:00PM THE ITTY BIDDIES
3:00PM JAH C & THE ANTIDOTE
4:00PM COSTUME PARADE

ALL DAY DJ SKY BREAKS
There are lots of option to make sure you’re keeping your energy up throughout the day. Get some tea and treats from Urban vintage. Enjoy traditional Senegalese food cooked by Iron Chef competitor Piere Thaim at Le Grand Dakar. You can always go traditional Brooklyn and have a slice at The Three Luigis or go the French route and have a pastry at Choice Market. Don't forget to check out Mirrors Bar on Grand. They are sure to have some creepy drink specials, especially if you are in costume!
