GR Symphony: Chase Picnic Pops presents Classical Fireworks July 10, 2008

Ahhh Summer! Unwind and be social in the great outdoors with your Grand Rapids Symphony. Uncorked and casual, just pack a picnic, round up friends and head to Cannonsburg Ski Area for summer fun!

This eclectic mix of classical blockbusters and audience favorites with its fireworks finale continues to be our most popular event of the summer. Hear selections from Dvorak’s New World Symphony, marches by John Philip Sousa and more. Tchaikovsky’s rousing 1812 Overture and a spectacular fireworks display completes this perfect summer evening.
