The recital will commence with Dashavtaar from Jayadeva's Gitagovindam. This composition, based in shankara raag, would depict the ten incarnations of Lord Vishnu. The recital will also feature the thumri 'Kanha bin sooni lage nagariya' and 'Aaiso hathilo chail mag rokat hai', based in bhageshwari and desh raag. The performance will conclude with tarana based in poorna dhanashri and vasant raag. Overall, the audience can expect to witness the traditional Jaipur gharana style of kathak dance, amalgamating with the artist's own depiction and interpretation of the vastness of Krishna's character.
