WHAT: The got milk? Chief Health Officer Tour returns to Oklahoma City from May 23-25 to reward and recognize local moms for being the gatekeepers of their family’s health and nutrition. In our search for Oklahoma City’s Chief Health Officer, we will be hosting a series of free, interactive community events for the whole family.
EVENT ACTIVITIES:
• Participate in the Chief Health Officer Contest by recording a 30-second video explaining why your mom – or a mom you know – should be named America’s Chief Health Officer
• Work out and receive exercise tips from Curves International, the leader in women’s fitness
• Pose for your very own Milk Mustache photo
• Sample milk from local milk processors Highland Dairy and Borden Dairy
• Enter the Chief Health Officer Sweepstakes for a chance to win a $100,000 Chief Health Officer salary
• Speak with a registered dietitian who can explain how nutrient-rich beverages may help maintain a healthy weight
