A new, national education campaign, the Campaign for Healthy Weight, is urging people to change their diet mindsets and think more about their “health” instead of simply a number on the scale. The Campaign will stop in Omaha, NE on Saturday, May 17 as part of the American Heart Association's (AHA) Start! Heart Walk in Omaha.

Who: Everyone

Where: ConAgra Food Campus (Downtown Omaha - at 10th and Harney)

When: Saturday, May 17 from 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Why: Encourage women to eat right, move more, and milk their diet to maintain a healthy weight
