"Good Sports" is comprised of a variety of black and white photographs of Holland, Michigan sports teams spanning the years 1900-1935, as well as period balls, pennants, trophies and other memorabilia. The exhibition poses the question of how being part of a sports team impacts the individuals that comprise it. When possible, one member of each team has been selected and a brief synopsis of their life has been included with the photograph. Did the sportsmanship skills they learned in school serve them off the playing field as well?
