Good Mews Kitty Kegger eerie entertainment, spooky silent auction October 23, 2010

Good Mews Animal Foundation, a non-profit, no-kill cage free cat shelter rated “Best Place to Adopt a Pet” by the readers of Atlanta Magazine for the last two years, is celebrating our 22nd anniversary with a Kitty Kegger and Live/Silent Auction Right on an active runway. Watch the planes land, while dancing to a live band and bidding on some very exciting items!
The event will be held October 23, 2010 from 7:00—11:00 pm at McCollum Airfield, 1723 McCollum Pkwy NW, Kennesaw. The $50 admission price includes haunted hors d’œuvres, dancing to a live band and bidding on fabulous auction items to benefit the cats and kittens of Good Mews. Dress code is casual – A costume contest will be held that night as well, so be sure to break out the Halloween costumes. We’ve got an amazing prize for the winner—but you have to be there to find out what it is!
Tickets are $50 and can be purchased on the Good Mews website. Also, the Springhill Suites Marriott in Kennesaw (located less than 1 mile from the Kegger location) has offered a special rate for the evening if you want to spend the night in Kennesaw. Just call the hotel and mention that you’re with Good Mews to get the rate!
