Let the soothing sounds of the gong take you away

The sound of the Gong is the universal OM or AUM. These sacred instruments produce a wide spectrum of harmonics that are based on pressure waves. The Gong sound vibrates the energy meridians in the body and brings them into balance, creating a relaxed state. These sound waves wash right through the body, affecting you on a mental, emotional, and spiritual level.

5-7 PM: Chakra Yoga and Gong Bath--with Deanna $35
7:30 PM: Concert of original gong music/Cacau?/additional group? Sliding Scale: $7-$15

Monday, Nov. 5:

Noon to 1 PM: Gong Bath? $10
5:30-6:15 PM: Free Kids Gong Concert?? FREE/Donations for all children; Children 7 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Adults $5-$12, sliding scale fee.

Tuesday, Nov. 6:

Noon-1:30 PM: Yoga and Gong Bath with Deanna $25
