Randy Friedman - Performance Golf Professional, Mind Coach, Speaker & Author

Randy helps people improve their golf, business and life by understanding how to use the athletic mindset. In her book, Your Inner Swing, learning how to overcome self-limiting beliefs increases performance at work, in sports and even one’s personal life. Through mental exercises called Mind Power Stretching, Randy has helped thousands achieve the mental edge and elevate their golf to the next level.

What is Golf Mind Power?

Simply put, golf mind power is incorporating the power of your inner swing (or your thoughts) into your outer swing (or the action you make to play the game). We are all capable of choosing our thoughts that either keep us statically where we’ve been or move us dynamically where we want to be.

Randy's presentations are always interactive and exciting. Her Mind Power Stretching (a concept in her book to clear out the mental cob webs) is included in every session as well as a Q & A discussion. Steve Selengut has been a private investment manager since 1979. His life experience as an investor started in 1970, at age 25, when he was given the responsibility to manage a $60,000 portfolio. He developed an Asset Allocation Model then (decades before the concept became popular) that he still uses today, and a trading approach to investing that allowed him to start his own business at age 34.

During his twelve-year career in the Financial Services industry, Steve developed an appreciation of the complete Wall Street (political, social, and economic) environment. Using this understanding of the “playing field” (and a portfolio that provided all the income his family needed), he took his new investment ideas and concepts to public.

Steve has developed a loyal following of dedicated clients, many of whom have been with him for most of his career--- including the two who helped start the business in 1979. Many non-clients use his unique portfolio management methodology and mentoring services.

He has published hundreds of investment (and tax reform) articles, and three investment books. He invented the "Working Capital Model', developed the IGVSI, and has introduced many new investment concepts, including: The Investor's Creed, Smart Cash, the QDI, Base Income, Securities Buckets, and others.
