Golden Guardian 2007 Emergency Preparedness Exercise November 14, 2007

The Volunteer Center of Silicon Valley is recruiting 500 volunteers
to participate in a day long exercise that will simulate an
emergency and/or disaster situation at a public venue. Volunteers
are needed to serve as a representation of the general
public and may be assigned specific roles that are relevant to the
exercise.
No experience is necessary. Some standing for periods of time
and some walking may be required. Volunteers should be available
for the entire duration of the activity. See online registration

Golden Guardian 2007 is a state mandated exercise and evaluation
of law enforcement, fire and medical first responders in an
emergency.
