Going Green Day's next Recycling Community Clean-Up and Fundraiser on Saturday, November 10, from 9:00am to 1:00pm, will support Palama Settlement's mission to provide services and programs to support, improve, and positively enhance the well being of the youth, families, and seniors who reside in our surround communities.

Please save your recyclable waste for this date and help turn trash into cash for our community programs. Please bring canned goods to support the Hawaii Food Bank

Date & Time: November 10, 2011 from 9am to 1pm behind the Gymnasium parking lot

The following will be accepted at the site:
Scrap metal, bicycles, appliances
Propate tanks, fire extinguishers - 3 max.
Computers, printers, scanners, no limit
1 TV per car
HI-5 beverage containers
Used cooking oil
Cell Phones, printer cartridges, PDAs, etc.
Batteris, all kinds
Plastic playground equipment, helmets
Cardboard - corrugated
Plastic bags, plastic bottle caps
Usable clothing and household items
Used eye glasses and hearing aids
Incandescent light bulbs exchange for CFLs
Prom dresses, business suits
Pet food, towels, blankets
White socks for Afghanistan
Free towing of unwanted cars, call 291-6165

Will not accept: Tires, Paint, Microwave Ovens, Motor Oil, Hazardous Fluids
