" God Grew Tired of Us": A Film About Sudanese Refugees July 1, 2009

Please join HIAS Young Leaders DC, the AJWS/AVODAH Partnership, the US Committee for Refugees and Immigrants, and the Sixth & I Film Club on Wednesday, July 1st for a special screening of God Grew Tired of Us, the story of three "Lost Boys" from the Sudan who leave their homeland, triumph over seemingly insurmountable adversities and move to the U.S. The film screening will be followed by a panel highlighting refugee advocacy and resettlement on international, national, and local levels.
