What would you call a journey traversing 3 of the 5 highest motorable passes in the world, the second highest salt water lake in the world, the second coldest inhabited place in the world, 3 entirely different terrains, 3 distinct cultures, 5 mountain ranges and possible for only 3 months in an year? Add a homestay based trek in the snow leopard territory, rafting on Indus all the way to its confluence with Zanskar and mountain biking on the lunarscape and we have the complete Ladakh experience.

Trip duration and cost:
10 day trip: Rs 24000/- excluding airfare
14 day trip: Rs 28500/- excluding airfare
Trip dates: Aug 29th onwards

Itinerary:
Fly to Srinagar. By road go from Srinagar to Leh, with a stop over at Kargil. Acclimatize in Leh. Drive to Nubra valley over the Khardung la pass, one of the highest roads in the world. Next go for the 3 day homestay based Stok-la trek through the snow-leopard territory. Return to Leh. Drive to Pangong Tso on Indo-tibet border, the second highest salt water lake in the world. On the return journey, drive to Manali with stopver at Jispa and across many high passes. In between all this, we will do mountain biking, motorcycle rides and white water rafting on Indus.
