German Private Equity & Venture Capital Funds - an attractive investment opportunity and important source of capital for German companies. In recent years, private equity activity and deal volumes have reached an all time high, making the country the second largest private equity market in Europe. Even during the global economic downturn, Germany remains competitive internationally and funds closed last year continue to yield investment opportunities in 2009 and beyond.
