The role of the distribution manager may involve transportation, stock control, warehousing, and ensuring structures are in place to monitor the flow of materials. This course provides an overview of the various parties including suppliers of raw materials, manufacturers, retailers and consumers. Participants will gain knowledge in inventory management modules such as flow through, stock replenishment, business to business, stores and various different modes of distribution.
