One of Europe?s largest and most anticipated annual festivals makes its first American descent upon Miami. Featuring a world-class lineup of Rock and Electronic artists alongside breathtaking sound, light and visuals, Global Gathering promises to be one of the musical highlights of 2006.
On Saturday March 18th rock and electronic music enthusiasts will have a chance to stand shoulder to shoulder and see performances by artists such as Nine Inch Nails, The Crystal Method, Rob Zombie, Charles Feelgood, Avenged Sevenfold, Coheed & Cambria, Sasha and Digweed, Deep Dish, Ferry Corsten, Armin Van Buuren, Steve Lawler, and Roger Sanchez among many others (a developing list available on the website). In total, more than 80 acts will be performing, with additional artists to be announced shortly.
Celebrating true music without borders, Global Gathering will finally gather music?s closest cousins - Rock and Electronica - to weave together a fun, music-filled day of the best of both genres.
Global Gathering will take place at Bicentennial Park from noon to midnight. It marks the start of the annual Miami Music Conference, tipping off the ten days of partying across the magic city.
