Glenlaurel Anniversary Open House July 11, 2010

Stroll the grounds and feel the magic at our 16th Anniversary Open House! Be entertained by Scottish bagpipe music, wool spinning demonstrations, Celtic dancing and more! Our chefs will grace your taste buds with their delicious culinary delights, and Joppa Spa & Wellness Center will be open for tours and offering complimentary neck massages.

You can enjoy live Scottish bagpipe music while touring our lovely rooms, suites, crofts and cottages, hosted by our frequent guests. And you can browse our gift gallery for special prices available only at the open house.

If you haven't been to Lilyfest (which is about 2.3 miles west of us, just off 180) you might want to come early on Sunday and follow the signs. In its seventeenth year, Lilyfest has grown and now includes more than 70 area artists displaying, demonstrating and marketing their products. There are three acres of artistically designed gardens, ponds and garden sculptures, plant sales by professional horticulturists and answers to your plant growing and maintenance questions provided by OSU Master Gardeners.

Visit Lilyfest Sunday morning and our open house on Sunday afternoon. Both locations will inspire the gardener within. Bring a car full or a busload and make it a day in the Hocking Hills!
