Don’t miss the story of Glendale Park that existed in Nashville from 1888 until 1932. The 64 acre park was a popular zoo and amusement park located near the intersection of Glendale Lane and Lealand Lane. Electric streetcars carried visitors to the park from all over town and today historical markers note the site. History buffs of all ages will enjoy the tale of this beloved landmark. Andy Lane will read from his book and show slides of the park. Book signing to follow.
