The class is open to children 10 years and up, accompanied by a parent.

Team up with your child for a little culinary bonding in this hands-on class that'll introduce you to that sweet architectural wonder, the gingerbread house. Master Baker Walter Howald will take you through all the steps, from making and baking gingerbread dough to the techniques of construction. Use your creativity to decorate a pre-made house, which you can take with you, along with gingerbread dough and blueprints to continue the fun at home. A light lunch will be served at the break.
