Gilroy Garlic Festival July 25, 2008

Whether you are a first-time visitor or a "seasoned" veteran, the Gilroy Garlic Festival is always a fun and fragrant experience. Over 3 million honored guests have made the pilgrimage.

In a venue surrounded by 45 live concerts, a rollicking children’s area, two prominent cooking contests and a variety of arts and crafts exhibits, Festival chefs will prepare cuisine with 10 tons of beef, four tons of pasta, four tons of calamari, two tons of scampi and two tons of fresh Christopher Ranch garlic.
