Picture a young married couple, flat broke but rich in love. Each loves the other so much that nothing, not even poverty, stands in the way of purchasing the perfect Christmas gift. Their dilemma is solved and, at least for one joyful, magical moment, a glint of giving lights the dark, bustling streets of New York. Intertwined with Della and Jim's classic story is another O.
