Over 60 street artists are donating pieces, including Mr Jago, Inkie, FLX, Eelus, Xenz, Lokey, Jody and Angel 41, to the cause of Mike Dring. Before going under the hammer, all lovers of Urban Art will be able to see these art works exhibited at Paintworks Event Space and choose their favourites before bidding for them.
On Thursday starting at 4pm, there will be a chance to see some of the participating artists ‘get their paint on’ in the courtyard. The auction will begin at 7pm and with music, beer and curry, this is stacking up to be a great night and all for a great cause.
Watch out also for the Fine Art secret postcard sale with work from artists from all around the world, giving people the opportunity to purchase a costly piece of art for only £50, so there will be something to please all eyes and pockets.
Also during the evening the artist Vincent Brown will be determining the winner of GetDringMobile's very own portrait prize.
Tickets will be available during the event or can be purchased online.
