Get Cooking at Westfield Southcenter with Free Westfield Family Fun Days April 5, 2012

Get cooking in April—join Westfield Southcenter and the Westfield Family Program for Family Fun Days featuring “Young Chefs of Westfield.” Kids will learn how to fuel their bodies in a healthy way by encouraging them to get in the kitchen and cook with their families.
On April 5, join us for an “eggstra” special Westfield Family Fun Day with story time by Mother Goose, reading Betty Bunny Loves Chocolate Cake by Michael B. Kaplan, a book about a bunny who likes chocolate cake so much that she claims she will marry it one day, followed by Froggy Bakes a Cake by Jonathan London - a story about Froggy who wants to bake his mother a birthday cake all by himself which turns into a big mess! In observance of Easter, Westfield Family will provide a special visit by the Easter Bunny himself and a free interactive show with guests Toby and Tulip. Get on your feet with popular dances such as the Freeze Dance, I’m a Little Tea Pot, The Wheels on the Bus and the Twist! Kids will then tap into their own creativity and create pom-pom sundaes and enjoy a snack.
