Get Cooking at Westfield Oakridge with Free Westfield Family Fun Days April 18, 2012

Get cooking in April—join Westfield Oakridge and the Westfield Family Program for Family Fun Days featuring “Young Chefs of Westfield.” Kids will learn how to fuel their bodies in a healthy way by encouraging them to get in the kitchen and cook with their families.

Kids are invited to take a trip to Andy Land with singer/songwriter Andy Z and enjoy stories about food and gardening, starting with Pizza at Sally’s by Monica Wellington followed by Planting A Rainbow by Lois Ehlert. Kids will then enjoy a snack and decorate their very own aprons that they can wear when helping out in the kitchen.
