WHAT: The Miami Florida Blue center invites Miami-Dade residents to its December Weekly Wellness Event. Themed around New Year’s resolutions such as stress relief and healthy living, this free event is open to the community.

• Thursday, December 16, 5:30 p.m. “Yoga Day” – Discover how yoga can be incorporated into your exercise routine.
