Michelle Berger Concert Will Benefit Rimrock Opera
Billings native mezzo-soprano and opera performer Michelle Berger, and Thomas Barthel, music director of the International Opera Studio at Zurich Opera, Switzerland, headline a concert of "Gershwin and Friends" for Rimrock Opera on Wednesday, August 5th at First Congregational United Church of Christ, 310 N. 27th at 7 PM. The public is invited. Free will donation taken, with all proceeds to benefit Rimrock Opera

Ms. Berger is originally from Billings. She lived in Zurich for several years, and recently returned to Montana. She has sung internationally in Switzerland, Austria, and Spain. Ms. Berger last performed in the US with Opera San José as Ulrica in Un Ballo in Maschera [The Masked Ball]. Her debut with Rimrock Opera was the title role in Carmen in 2002.
