The German American Business Association in cooperation with the German Consulate and the Honorary Consul of Austria cordially invite you to an evening of classical music to celebrate the holiday season.
We have the great pleasure to show you a performance of world class concert pianist Adam Neimann who is recognized as an artist of rare depth, sensitivity and virtuosity. At 14, Neimann debuted in Germany at the Ivo Pogorelich Festival, in the past years he has performed as soloist with the symphony orchestras of Belgrade, Chicago, Cincinnati, Dallas, Detroit, Houston, Indianapolis, Minnesota, Saint Louis, San Francisco, Umbria, and Utah, as well as with the New York Chamber Symphony and the National Symphony Orchestra of Washington D.C.
The performance will be held in the concert hall of Steinway/Sherman Clay in Santa Clara, the leading piano dealer in the United States and the number One Steinway Dealer in the world. Leander Sherman founded Sherman Clay in San Francisco in 1870. The years following the 1906 San Francisco earthquake and fire were marked by constant expansion and increased business opening up stores in San Jose, Portland, Seattle and Sacramento. During this time Sherman Clay founded the world famous San Francisco Symphony and the San Francisco Opera.
Today, Sherman Clay continues its long tradition in supporting Bay Area and West Coast Music establishments such as the Steinway Society, Silicon Valley Symphony, Ballet San Jose and Music Teachers Association.
