Look forward to the 2009 Fall Festival. With its mild temperatures and beautiful scenery there is no better place to be than the North Georgia Mountains in the fall. Each October, the 9-day event features exciting musical performances, educational demonstrations, a flower show and the ever-popular Georgia’s Official State Fiddlers' Convention.

camperpeople
Be aware of the following: 1)prices are misleading-there are multiple fees involved with visiting and camping here. 2)If you have reservations for camping-check your site before you pay. 3)They will NOT give you a refund within 10 minutes of arrival and viewing a poor site. We were placed in a site across HWY 76 and far, far from where we expected a handicapped person to be placed. All this with reservations made back in June, with specific requests for handicapped accomodations. 4) No one in authority was on site- the manager was in South Georgia at another fair and no one was authorized to make changes, accomodations, or refunds. We knew there was a problem when the person in front of us and behind us was cancelling-wish we had not registered. Campers beware!
